Located within a site extent of approximately 5.0585 hectares, the project comprises a total floor area of approximately 15,530 sq. ft.
The design approach focused on creating an efficient and practical working environment while considering functionality, durability, and the specific requirements of an industrial facility. The building integrates modern architectural principles with the operational needs of the power sector.
