Each apartment unit has been carefully planned to provide privacy, comfort, and functionality. Every floor includes a spacious living and dining area, a wet kitchen with a pantry, a master bedroom with an attached bathroom, two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a separate servant's room with a toilet.
The design maximizes natural light and cross-ventilation, creating bright, airy, and comfortable living spaces while ensuring privacy for each apartment unit. The overall architectural approach combines contemporary aesthetics with practical planning to enhance the quality of everyday living.
