Modern Residence Addition & Alteration with Landscape Design
An existing residence on a 30-perch site was thoughtfully transformed through architectural additions, alterations, interior design, exterior improvements, and landscape development. With a total floor area of approximately 5,940 sq. ft., the design approach focused on retaining and enhancing existing building elements while minimizing demolition and creating improved spatial experiences.
The project introduced expanded living volumes, a carefully designed garden environment, and a swimming pool area to create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Each area was planned to achieve a luxurious, modern, and calm atmosphere while improving comfort, functionality, and the overall quality of living.
The result is a contemporary residence where architecture, interior spaces, and landscape design work together harmoniously, creating a personalized living environment that respects the existing character of the home while enhancing its future value.
