Five-Storey Commercial Showroom Building located in Bambalapitiya, Colombo 04.The client requested a classical architectural approach for the front façade to create a distinctive and elegant identity for the showroom building. The design combines traditional architectural elements with the functional requirements of a modern commercial development.

Located on a site extent of approximately 16.12 perches, the building comprises a total floor area of approximately 12,772 sq. ft. The design focuses on creating an attractive commercial presence while ensuring efficient planning and functionality across all levels.
